I see myself as a facilitator on your path to healing. Together, with deep respect and compassion, we identify your areas of infinite possibility, as well as the sources of your shadows and restrictions. We pace your healing so that our work can integrate fully. This can feel subtle at first, but the cumulative effect can be life changing.

I believe in creating a synthesis between non-ordinary reality and somatic work so that primarily honor how your soul is housed in your physical body.

I bring a strong creative awareness and kinesthetic sense to my work with you, stemming from my studies in movement and visual arts.

As a queer Latine, I am honored to hold a safe space for immigrant, BIPOC and LGBTQ communities and their allies. I offer sessions in Spanish. Hablo español y les doy la bienvenida a los hispanohablantes e inmigrantes de todos lugares, tal como a les individuales de la comunidad LGBTQ.
